A 30 YEAR old man is to appear at crown court charged with causing death by dangerous driving a year ago on the B6255 at Ingleton.
Terence Stephen Sutcliffe faces a charge of causing the death of Rade Brkovic while driving a Vauxhall Vectra dangerously on the B6255 on April 9.
Sutcliffe also faces a separate charge of causing serious injury by dangerous driving to Joan Brkovic at the same time.
Sutcliffe, of Cleveland Street, Colne, appeared at Skipton Magistrates' Court on Friday when he was sent to Bradford Crown Court for a preliminary hearing on May 11.
