PUPILS at Grassington School are getting ready for their annual charity run.
The Red Tractor five-mile trail run will be held on Sunday, May 20. The race, open to everyone over 10 years old, will set off from the school at 10.30am. The main run will take in the countryside, while there will also be a children’s fun run on the school’s football field.
Organised by the school PTA, the event has again been sponsored by Kanga Sports who will provide goody bags. Other sponsors include the Fountaine Inn at Linton, Relish, Midgley Motor Cars, Yorkshire Sound Service and the Hedgerow.
The event will provide a great day out for all the family, there will be refreshments available at the school and a raffle.
Entries for the run can be made online at www.bookitzone.com, or paper entry forms are available at the school or Grassington hub.
