STUDENTS of digital and creative industries are preparing for their end of year show at Craven College, Skipton.

The Creative Carbon show will feature the work of students of fine art, photography, jewellery, 3D design, and textiles. Also on show will be the work of theatre, film and make up students carried out over the last year.

A private view of the show, at the college's Aireville Campus, is due to take place on Monday, June 25, after which it will be open to all from Tuesday, June 26 to Friday, June 29, from 10am to 4.30pm

Theresa Savage, head of school, said:

"The quality of work, at all levels is truly inspiring. I am extremely proud of all our students and the work they create. As well as acquiring unique specialist knowledge, our students learn invaluable employability skills during their time with us, through bespoke work experience and working collaboratively with each other."

The show will include performances of Aesops Fables, staged by performing arts students, who will open the show with a performance of This is Me, from the Greatest Showman.
