THE Burlington restaurant at Bolton Abbey’s Devonshire Arms Hotel and Spa has been given four rosettes at the AA Hospitality Awards in London.
Head chef Paul Leonard and restaurant manager Jack Adams attended the ceremony, at the Grosvenor House Hotel, which was hosted by TV star Claudia Winkleman.
The four AA rosette rating is generally recognised as putting restaurants in the very top rank in Britain.
Group managing director Richard Palmer said: “I am delighted with the progress Paul has made after only just over a year in the role. Awards of this standing are a testimony to the commitment that the team deliver.
“The achievement puts The Devonshire Arms at the forefront of mind as a destination which delivers award-winning hospitality combined with one of the most beautiful locations in Yorkshire.”
