AUSTWICK’S specialist cheese shop, The Courtyard Dairy, has joined forces with its neighbour, organic wine company Buon Vino to raise funds for Settle Swimming Pool.
The two businesses, located at the former Falconry Centre on the A65 near Austwick, are organising a joint cheese and wine tasting event.
The evening will start with bubbly followed by a tutored tasting of some of Britain’s newest and most unusual cheeses, guided by The Courtyard Diary owner Andy Swinscoe, complemented by wines matched by Buon Vino. All the money raised, including 100 per cent of the ticket price, will go to support Settle swimming pool.
The tasting will take place on November 23 at The Courtyard Dairy.Admission will be by pre-booked ticket only.
