LETTER: Thanks to volunteer litter pickers

SIR - MIDDLETOWN Community Association in Skipton would like to thank the many volunteers, including Councillor Andy Solloway, who turned out on a wet and windy Saturday to participate in a community clean up. The streets certainly looked better after they had finished. A special thanks to local volunteer Jim who clears the Ginnel steps of leaves on a daily basis and to the Craven District Council employee who is doing an excellent job in keeping the Ginnel area spotless.
