AN ESTATE Agent has been shortlisted for a number of national awards after taking the ‘British Property Lettings Award’ for Skipton.
Hunters Procter and Co took the award, for customer service, following visits by a ‘mystery shopper’ who marked every estate agent against a set of 25 criteria to ensure that they are rigorously and fairly judged over a period of time.
Rory Procter, co-owner of the company, said: “Delivering excellent customer service is at the very heart of our business and I am delighted that our achievements have been recognised. We work tirelessly to deliver the best results for our 100-plus landlords and protect their property investment.”
The team was found to have performed “outstandingly” throughout the judging period.
The winners of the national awards will be announced early next year.
