A motorcyclist has been injured after a collisoin with a car this afternoon
POLICE and paramedics have been called to a road traffic collision between a car and a motorbike in Gargrave Road, Skipton.
The collision occurred near Ermysted's Grammar School at 4.42pm today and police say there will be some disruption to traffic.
A spokesman for North Yorkshire Police said the motorcyclist sustained head, leg and arm injuries.
No other detail has yet been released.
Drivers are advised to find an alternative route while the incident is dealt with.
