THE developer building eight new homes at Cononley has won a top industry award in recognition of the company’s “ability to build homes of outstanding quality.”
Snell Developments’ latest scheme includes a selection of four bedroom, detached and semi-detached homes, known as St John’s Croft, which is being marketed by Dacre, Son and Hartley.
Andy Snell from the development company has seen off fierce competition to win the ‘Quality Award’ at the ‘The National House Building Council’s Pride in the Job Awards 2018.’
Julia Green, office manager, at Dacre, Son and Hartley in Skipton, said: “Andy’s award is testament to the quality and attention to detail that is a key feature in every single home built by Snell Developments.
“As a result, half of the homes at St John’s Croft have already sold off plan and the remaining four properties are currently generating high levels of interest.”
