A DRIVER from Sutton-in-Craven has had her licence endorsed with three penalty points for driving otherwise in accordance with a licence.
Debra Bradley, 49, drove a Fiat Panda a short distance on Croft Hill, Sutton, on October 16 despite having surrendered her licence to the DVLA for medical reasons, heard Skipton Magistrates Court on Friday.
Bradley, of Crag Lane, admitted driving otherwise in accordance with a licence and in addition to the penalty points, was fined £40 and ordered to pay costs of £85 and a surcharge of £30.
