SIR - Re 'Group's dismay as banner is removed, Craven Herald, November 15, If the council remove such banners for safety reasons as they can distract motorists, why are they happy for businesses to pay to have signs advertising them stuck on roundabouts? More about gaining revenue than our safety methinks!
