SIR - Why do remainers (losers) like David Holdsworth of Settle keep harping on about the fact that only 37.5 per cent voted to leave because 27.8 per cent of the electorate didn't vote. Those 28.7 per cent had as much chance to vote as the rest of us, but chose not to bother. So if we call those of us who were actually interested enough to vote for the future of our country - whether leave or remain - 100 per cent of the electorate then, unfortunately for the remain voters, the result still stands. The majority voted to leave the European Union. Whether the 28.7 per cent would have voted to leave or remain is of absolutely no consequence.

That being said it looks like we have all been sold down the river by our fifth columnist Prime Minister.
