MEMBERS of the Gargrave Heritage Group are presented with a cheque for £2,205.58 by Allan Morris, the manager of the Gargrave branch of the Co-op.
Store customers nominated the Heritage Group as one of the causes to be supported by the Co-op Community Fund.
The money will be put towards two projects - the publication of a local history book, centred on the First World War, and a permanent display of ancient stone crosses in St Andrew's Church.
