THE 23rd annual Craven Police Charity Fund quiz night, dance and auction is due to be held next month at the Rendezvous Hotel in Skipton.
This year, the popular event will be raising money for Craven children’s charity, SELFA, Petal Cancer Research, and the children’s ward of Airedale General Hospital, nominated by ‘Yorkshire Child of Courage, George Hall.
SELFA, which last year received £1,300 from the event, is appealing to businesses, organisations and individuals to donate prizes for the raffle.

The event, on Friday, March 8 will start at 6.30pm, with the quiz at 7.30pm, followed by dancing. Entry is £3.50 per person, with teams of up to six people.
