EVERYBODY'S Talking About Jamie - a last chance to catch the ‘joyous, life-affirming Billy Elliot‘ will be screened live from the London Apollo to Settle Victoria Hall on Thursday, March 28.

Inspired by a true story, Everybody’s Talking About Jamie is the new award-Winner of three WhatsOnStage Awards including Best New Musical and nominated for five Olivier Awards.

Next up, is Aly Bain and Phil Cunningham - the 'undisputed best of Scottish traditional music' - who will be at the Victoria Hall on Friday, March 29.

Having toured together since 1986 to packed concert halls all over the world, the duo recorded their first album ‘The Pearl’ in 1994 and followed it with many more highly acclaimed albums including ‘Five and Twenty’ CD to celebrate their 25th Anniversary in 2016. They also have two ‘Best of’ collections released of their work.

The pair have won the BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards – Best duo award and been nominated in the Scottish Traditional Music Awards for ’Live Act of the Year.’

The Brothers Gillespie will perform on Saturday, March 30 when they will be supported by Five in a Bar.

North Tyne troubadours The Brothers Gillespie combine tones of sibling harmony with multi-instrumentalism and inspired song writing, and are described by Folk Radio UK as ‘weaving an especially compelling magic’.

Their first album ‘Songs from the Outlands’ had great reviews, which led to some extensive touring with the Nest Collective at Shamble Festival, Cambridge Folk Fest, Unamplified, Festival No.6, and numerous folk festivals.

Five in a Bar, a five women capella group, perform songs of meaning and feeling. Performing regularly throughout the North West, they will be raising funds for the Refugee ReSETTLEment group, which is aiming to bring a refugee family from Syria to Settle.
