HETTIE’S Cafe in Skipton will welcome back Clementine Bogg-Hargroves in her one-woman show Skank on Saturday (March 30) for another dose of ‘play and Prosecco’.

Skipton based Clementine is a theatre and filmmaker who after gaining a degree in Arabic from the University of Edinburgh, trained in professional acting at The Academy of Live and Recorded Arts.

She is particularly interested in developing her skills as a physical theatre performer as well as expanding her set design repertoire through discovering exciting and effective ways to use furniture, objects and backdrops in her performances.

Since leaving drama school, Clementine has mainly been focussing on creative pursuits with her company Get Giddier, which she shares with Lewis Coleman and Liam Rigby.

This will be the first public viewing of Skank, in which Clementine reveals the witty, dark and often filthy thoughts of an ambitious 20 something grappling with her uncertain future.

Doors open at 7pm for a 7.30pm start, tickets £10, including a glass of Prosecco.
