YOUNG visitors to a Silsden housing scheme this Easter will be encouraged to do their bit for wildlife.
Free Friends of the Earth packs are being given away to children at Saxon Dene.
The packs – available from the sales office at the Barratt Homes Yorkshire West development – contain bee and butterfly seeds, a CD, nature pocket guide and other goodies.
Chocolate treats will also be handed out.
Sam Wood, the company's sales director, said: "We’re dedicated to supporting the wildlife in the areas in which we build and want to encourage local residents to do the same.
"There is a real buzz of wildlife in spring, so it’s a fantastic time for children to get out and learn about the creatures great and small that they’re living alongside!"
