The town's Plaza Cinema will play host for the non-stop frightening flicks including new release Hole In The Ground, supernatural horror The Witch and 1920s silent classic masterpiece Nosferatu.

Also on the agenda are short thriller Lambing Season, set on the North York Moors, and Dog Soldiers, about a group of British military personnel facing an unknown enemy in the Scottish Highlands.

The horror all-nighter, from 11pm to 7am, on Saturday, May 18 is part of the event running from May 16 to 19 to showcase new and classic films set in and celebrating rural landscapes.
