THE SECOND Oakworth Spring Beer Festival will be held from Friday to Sunday, May 9-11, at the village’s Christ Church.
Christ Church vicar John Rogers said he was happy to host the second festival in his newly-reordered church in Colne Road.
The church has sold its pews and invested in new seats and open spaces as part of its drive to make the building more accessible for community use.
Beers from across Yorkshire will be featured the festival, including ales from Vocation at Hebden Bridge, Naylors at Cross Hills, Goose Eye from Crossflatts and Wishbone from Keighley.
There will be a gluten free beer from Bridgehouse, and a couple of beers from Blackedge Brewery in Lancashire.
