Latest plans refused by the district council
PLANS for the demolition of existing buildings and the construction of new houses on the site of Ribblesdale Motors Ltd, in Station Road, Settle, have been refused.
Other applications which were also rejected include: Two residential units in the grounds of Wellbeck House, Keighley Road, Cowling.
Residential development of seven 2, 3 and 4 bed houses, land off Carla Beck Lane, close to Pale Lane, Carleton.
Removal of conditions 2 and 1 of planning approval to allow portable cabins to remain on the school site and be used for teaching, Ermysted's Grammar School, Skipton.
