AIREBOROUGH Historical Society has announced details of its next Chit Chat.
Designed to allow residents to view a collection of historical photographs of the area, the event takes place at Yeadon Methodist Church Hall from 10am to noon on Saturday, August 17.
Some 100 images will be displayed in large scale on the white wall of the hall while archivist Carlo Harrison provides some background details.
He said: “It’s just a bit of fun, a bit of nostalgia and a bit of ‘wow, I have never seen that before’!
“I’m really looking forward to seeing you there no matter if it’s your first time or you are a regular, everyone is welcome.”
The Chit Chat is free to attend and refreshments will be available.
Parking spaces will be available at the venue.
