THE Skipton Academy has congratulated its GCSE students on a pleasing set of results.
There has been 'significant improvement' in the number of students achieving passes in Maths and Science, it says.
And, it is 'particularly pleased' with the increase in students achieving a 'good' pass in Maths which has doubled from the previous year.
Principal Richard McManus said: "I would like to congratulate all of our students on a good set of results. The successes achieved are down to the hard work and commitment shown by our students and their families. Well done."
