Mrs Milner was admin assistant at the school for 25 years.
Richard Wright executive headteacher said: “Ali has been a brilliant secretary for the school and will be greatly missed. She has been a great champion of the school and has always carried out her duties with efficiency and great dedication. It has been a pleasure working with her.”
Mrs Milner said: “After working at Kirkby Malham Primary School for 25 very happy years, it’s time to have a change of pace and enjoy my time with my ever growing family.
“I have thoroughly enjoyed working with such supportive and caring staff over the years, we make a great team which I am sure will carry on for years to come. Special thanks to Richard Wright and Amanda Allen for everything they have done for me. I will miss everyone at school enormously.”
