RESIDENTS and staff from a Grassington care home recently hosted an afternoon tea with bingo for other care homes in the area to come to chat and socialise.

Care staff and residents at Anchor’s Gills Top care home on Scar Street held the PACH (Craven Proactive Care Homes) Afternoon Tea and were joined by residents and staff from Ashfield Care Home, Craven Nursing Home, Sutton Lodge and Neville Grange for home-made cakes, refreshments and a prize-winning game of bingo.

Gills Top Manager Kirsty Francis said: “PACH was formed so we can share ideas and best practice in Craven and enable our residents to socialise with each other.

“We had a wonderful afternoon with our fellow Craven care homes.”
