I CAN’T believe Yorkshire Tea faced an online backlash simply because Chancellor Rishi Sunak posed with a bag.
People ought to get a grip - most of the population of the UK have probably drunk Yorkshire tea at some point - left wingers, right wingers, political extremists.
It’s drunk by nice people and not-so-nice people.
The firm responded by asking Trolls to ‘try to be kind’. Sadly, a lot of people aren’t kind and the internet gives them a voice.
