BRITONS spend around a third of their working day slacking, according to a survey.
Brummies are the worst offenders, with two thirds admitting that they do ten or more non-work activities every day such as internet shopping, researching medical conditions and looking up the weather.
The poll of 2,000 people by probiotic drink maker Yakult found that the average worker spends 2.4 hours of an eight hour shift not doing their job.
Where are these companies? I feel they should be named so we can all send in our cvs.
In 40 years I’ve never had a job where you can while away so much work time at leisure.
I feel I’m being short changed in having to do a full day’s toil.
