KEIGHLEY trio RockSalt Acoustic have announced a busy schedule of gigs during the spring and summer.
The trio, Siân Levy (vocals), Tony Levy (guitar & vocals) and Laurie Reader (bass & vocals), perform an eclectic range of classic songs with a few originals, in styles including R&B, rock, rock ‘n’ roll, blues, jazz and Americana
The songs range of the 1920s to the 1990s, mostly the 60s and 70s, and are accompanied by “humour, banter and choruses”. Tony added: “We all perform with other musical entities and have well over 150 years of experience between us.”
RockSalt Acoustic were relaunched in December 2017 after an eight-year hiatus and were last year shortlisted for both Outstanding Artist/Band and Outstanding Emerging Artist in the Grassroots Awards, run by Yorkshire Gig Guide.
