DEVELOPER Candelisa is offering key workers a 7.5 per cent discount off the purchase price of the remaining apartments at its Horace Mills scheme in Cononley.
The Skipton-based company said the discount is a fitting way to acknowledge NHS staff and other key groups for their incredible, selfless efforts during the Coronavirus pandemic.
Sales manager Sarah Cawley said: “This is our way of saying ‘thank you’ to those people in the care sector and other essential groups who have put themselves in danger in order to keep the rest of us safe. We will be forever in their debt.”
The apartments at are ready for immediate occupation and provide one, two and three bedroom accommodation with old, historic character or contemporary style to cater for different tastes.
Sales have remained buoyant during the pandemic with over 80 per cent of the apartments now sold. Prices for the remaining units start from £175,000.
The Government backed Help to Buy scheme is also available which means a deposit of just five per cent is required, subject to status.
Candelisa has also begun work on a conversion scheme in Skipton town centre and a new development in Embsay is scheduled to commence later this year.
