THIS week’s Picture of the Week by taken by Philip Robins, of Addingham, on a walk over Middleton Moor last Thursday. He said: “I was struck by the profusion of foxgloves, wherever there were wooded areas and hedgerows (or wallrows – as shown here) with uncut long grass. As this picture shows there were Camelot White and Purple Pink foxgloves growing, mixed together. In addition, the footpath over Middleton Moor gave some lovely views across the Wharfe Valley upstream of Ilkley.”
