A MAN has been charged with stealing a motorbike from a premises in Craven.
The 19-year-old, from Bradford, is also alleged to have been driving the machine dangerously through the district.
North Yorkshire Police said on Sunday, October 13 last year, a Honda XR125 was allegedly stolen from a rural premises near Kilnsey.
Acting on information from members of a local Rural Watch group, officers responded and pursued two motorcycles towards Bolton Abbey. One made off, but the other was stopped. A man was arrested nearby.
The suspect is due to appear at Skipton Magistrates' Court on August 28 to answer the charges.
