THREE women – and a dog – are tackling the Yorkshire Three Peaks to raise money for Oxenhope Sue Ryder hospice Manorlands.
Amy Thompson, sisters Georgina and Charlotte Clarkson and Mexican pooch Milou are taking on the 25-mile challenge on Sunday, September 20.
They hope to complete the route – which takes in Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough – in under 12 hours.
“Manorlands holds a dear place in all of our hearts and we would like to raise as much as we can for the charity to thank it for all the hard work it does,” said Charlotte.
The group originally aimed to raise £300, but after surpassing that upped the target to £1,000.
