MALHAM Artist, Stephen Waterhouse has unveiled a collaborative piece artwork that he has been working on with the children at Settle Primary School.
The artwork is going to take pride of place in the centre of the school hall.
The work was commissioned by the school PTA and includes contributions from all the children.
The artwork has inspired comments such as ‘stunning’ , ‘wonderful’ and ‘amazing’ from the children and staff.
Headteacher Richard Wright said “The artwork showcases our Christian values and captures all the things that make our school community so unique.
“The work will serve as a positive reminder to pupils and staff of all the things that make our school so special.
“A big thank you to Stephen and the children for creating such wonderful art work and my heartfelt thanks to our wonderful PTA for facilitating such an exciting project for our school.”
