Main Street, Haworth
A CONSERVATION area, Haworth is quite rightly often described as quaint, historic and picturesque.
Worryingly I read recently that 400 new houses are planned in the next ten years. Some of these have already been built and other projects are in progress.
Perhaps Bradford Council should think carefully about one of the tourist attractions it has 'claimed' before too much development ruins its appeal?
