THE number of properties lying empty in Craven is going down, according to figures released today covering the past two years.
Estate agents Coulters says it has used Ministry of Housing, communities and local government data to reveal that Craven ranks 6th in the top 10 UK locations where empty homes are on the decline, with a 15 per cent decrease in vacant dwellings year-on-year.
They state the number of vacant properties in the district was 900 in 2018, reducing to 761 last year.
