TO mark Remembrance Day, children from Kettlewell Primary School made a wonderful wreath of their own handprints with the words ‘Forever Lost, Forever Changed, Kettlewell Primary School Remembers’.
The wreath was placed at the Kettlewell War Memorial by Jake White (Yr 6), Connie Hepworth (Yr 3), Jack Shepherd (Yr 1) and Amelia Lambert (Reception).
Children from the Upper Wharfedale Primary Federation’s three C of E Schools - Burnsall, Cracoe and Grassington – also made voice recordings to be shared with local Church communities as part of a remote service of Remembrance on Sunday 8th November.
