JULIA Mulligan, Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner, is urging people to take part in her monthly public accountability meeting due to take place on Tuesday, January 26.
The meeting, which will be held online, will look at how the police are managing offenders and how the fire service manages calls and responds to incidents.
There will also be an opportunity for the public to ask questions, either sent in beforehand, or during the sessions.
Mrs Mulligan said: “These meetings give members of the public and staff the opportunity to understand the performance of both services and hear what they are doing to keep us safe and feeling safe.
“I encourage everyone to join in and watch, and if you have a question, please ask it.”
The meeting on January 26 will start at 1.30pm. The agenda, along with presentations and reports are available on the commissioner’s website: bit.ly/PAM26Jan2021
To ask a question in advance of the meeting, email: info@northyorkshire-pfcc.gov.uk, to ask a question during the meeting using Twitter, include #NYscrutiny in your tweet; to watch the live broadcast, go to the website, or on YouTube.
