CRAVEN coach operator Bibby’s of Ingleton are assuring customers, many of whom have been travelling with them for many years, that they will be up and running again as soon as guidelines allow.

The company has its roots planted firmly in Ingleton and this year celebrates 65 years in the coaching industry.

It is family owned and the firm is proud to serve the local community and beyond, providing a whole host of coach holidays, day excursions and theatre trips.

The company also provides for private hire and school transport.

Director Claire Mottram said they were looking forward to getting on the road again as the past 12 months have been tough for everyone.

She said: “Although a challenging time for many businesses, we are confident that coach travel will return in 2021. Our modern vehicles are amongst the best in the business and our professional, friendly drivers are ready to hit the road as soon as we are able.

“We are so grateful to our customers and staff for supporting us through this time, with many customers choosing to re-book for 2021 after their holidays were cancelled. “

Bibby’s operates over 200 coach tours each year covering the whole of the UK, Ireland and Europe.

Ms Motram added: “Our pick area covers the towns and villages of the Yorkshire Dales, Aire Valley and beyond, with a door-to-door feeder service available at a small cost for each holiday.

“Free parking is available at our secure depot, located just off the A65 in Ingleton.

“Our day excursion programme will be available in the coming months once restrictions have eased and we able to travel around easier.”
