POLICE have issued a renewed appeal for information following an incident in Long Preston near Skipton in which a man’s jaw was broken.

It happened on the morning of Friday, December 11, 2020 at around 9.30am in the area of The Green near to some temporary traffic lights that were in place at the time.

The incident involved two men and resulted in one of them sustaining a broken jaw.

Police previously appealed for information shortly after the incident and have thanked those members of the public that have come forward so far. Officers are appealing to anyone who may have information but has not yet come forward to contact them, including anyone who was passing through along the A65.
