FELL rescue volunteers were called to assist a man who had fallen at Almscliffe Crag, near North Rigton, Harrogate.
The Grassington based Upper Wharfedale Fell Rescue Association responded to the call from police last Saturday evening to assist a man with a suspected broken leg.
An UWFRA spokesperson said: "Once sufficient team members were on scene the casualty was loaded on to the ambulance service stretcher and carried down to the ambulance at the roadside."
