EMBSAY’S Jo Moseley and a film of her paddleboarding adventure along the Leeds and Liverpool Canal will feature at Skipton’s Movies Under the Stars open air cinema event next week.

Brave Enough - A Journey Home shows how in 2019 Jo became the first woman to ride her paddleboard coast to coast 162 miles from Liverpool to Goole to raise money for the surf therapy charity, The Wave Project and 2MinuteBeachClean Foundation.

The film, a collaboration between Frit Tam of Passion Fruit Pictures and Jo, will be shown on the first day of the four day Movies Under the Stars event which will take place in the car park of Skipton Castle under Covid safe regulations and will take place from Thursday, April 15, to Sunday.

It will join big hitters, Jurassic Park and a Star is Born, along with Mamma Mia, Dirty Dancing, The Greatest Showman and Bohemian Rhapsody.

Movies Under the Stars is being organised by Skipton BID and Blue Sky Cinema. For tickets, visit: blueskyoutdoor.co.uk/
