A DEVELOPMENT of eight new family homes in Long Preston is up for sale on a shared ownership basis, starting at £47,500 for a two bedroom property.
The homes, on Greengate Lane, and close to open countryside, are part of a development of 16 two and three bedroom, semi-detached and mews homes currently being built.
‘Edge View’ is being developed by Snugg Homes and marketed for sale by the Settle office of Dacre, Son and Hartley.
Tom Galloway, from Dacres, said: “We are very excited to be bringing half of this lovely new homes development to the market. The instruction is one of several new homes contracts we have won in 2021 and further cements the company’s reputation in the new homes sector.
“There is a significant shortage of shared ownership homes in Long Preston and the surrounding area, so these homes will no doubt attract plenty of interest from buyers.”
The homes are energy efficient and are close to the Ofsted rated ‘good’ Long Preston Primary School.
