PLANS to construct a new artificial grass pitch with associated sports lighting, fencing and ancillary features at Ermysted’s Grammar School, Gargrave Road, Skipton, have been submitted to Craven District Council.
Other applications most recently lodged with the council are: Re-build and re-model a previously demolished garage to create garden office/summer house at 89 Gargrave Road, Skipton; construction of detached garage at Quarry House Barn, Main Street, Rathmell, Settle.
Plans have also been received for the demolition of an existing single skin construction flat roofed gable extension at 16 Burnmoor Crescent, Ingleton. Proposals for the site also include a new gable extension with cavity insulated masonry walls with dual pitched roof, slate covered, and a new lean too extension to front to form a porch. Also applied for are internal alterations at 2 Pendle View, Giggleswick.
The planning applications have been acknowledged as valid between June 28 to July 2.
