ARE you interested in the fascinating history behind the Settle and Carlisle Railway heroes? If so, then Settle Graveyard Tours has a real treat in store.

On Wednesday, July 28 from 7pm and Sunday, August 1 from, 2.30pm, historian Sarah Lister will be regaling tales of the people and workers behind the creation of the line from the parish church graveyard in Settle.

The tours are great fun and take place outdoors so there is no problem with social distancing and everyone is safe to take part.
