PLANS to build a detached home to the rear of a pair of semi-detached houses in Eshton Road, Gargrave have been approved by Craven District Council.
The proposed three-bedroom, self-build home will include an attached garage with storage in its roof space and will involve the removal of existing timber buildings on the site.
Access will be off Eshton Road on the existing access to the timber buildings, running alongside the applicant’s property and there will be two off-road parking spaces. In the planning officer’s final report, it was stated that Gargrave Parish Council had not responded with its comments within the consultation period.
