A NURSING home has a new registered manager.
Nicola Parker has taken-up the role at Beanlands, in Cross Hills.
She has over 12 years’ experience in the industry, serving in nurse manager posts and working for three years as deputy manager at Staveley Birkleas Nursing Home – which, like Beanlands, is owned and operated by Czajka Care Group.
Nicola, a registered general nurse with a Level 5 diploma in leadership health & social care, said: “To be able to combine my nursing and managerial skills in this new role is ideal.
“Beanlands benefits from having a highly experienced and dedicated team, as well as an array of top-quality amenities and inclusive activities programme.”
Konrad Czajka, the group’s managing director, said: “We are really pleased to welcome Nicola back to the group. She is a caring and compassionate person, who is self-motivated and was the ideal candidate for this role.”
