PLANS to build a new agricultural building and upgrade housing for cattle at Heber House, Hellifield Road, Gargrave, have been submitted to Craven District Council. Applicant, David Shuttleworth, has also applied to build a roof over the existing slurry lagoon.
Other plans received by the council are: Surfacing of existing access /bridleway and also the diversion of the bridleway at Bentham Golf Course in Robin Lane for Wenningdale Leisure;Construction of storage building at Burn Head Farm, Bloe Beck Lane, Mewith, Bentham; Change of use of land adjacent to Ellerington Close to form access to housing development on disused highways depot at 1 Ellerington Close, Ingleton; Studio workshop for business use, approved in 2017, including track and car park at Carr Head Hall, Carr Head Lane, Cowling, for Rosemary and Co; Outline application for construction of two storey dwelling with access, appearance and landscaping for consideration at Spring Valley Farm, Buck Haw Brow, Giggleswick.
