A PLANNING application to build 11 houses with off street parking on an allocated site on land at the former Richard Thornton’s School, in Burton-in-Lonsdale, is to be determined on Monday.
Craven District Council planners have recommended the application for approval.
The application from Permahome Ltd seeks permission for a mix of six two-bed homes and five three-bed homes. They will be two-storey and laid out around a shared access linked to an existing unclassified service road connected to the main carriageway further to the east.
The properties are proposed to be constructed using stone with slate roofing and are of a contemporary gable ended design.
The plans will be discussed by the planning committee.
