WHETHER you’re a vintage vehicle enthusiast, or just interested in classic modes of public transport, you would have been in for a treat in Skipton on Sunday.
The town was the venue for a bus rally and the car park near Fisher Medical Centre was the chosen spot for these classics of the road to meet up.
Buses of every hue, style and age were there in all their glory showing how the vehicle has grown in size and style from years gone by.
There were even double-decker models on show as well as a vintage Keighley bus, resplendent in its white and red livery with a flash of gold and black.
The buses were in the car park until around 4pm so people could get a good look at them and those old enough could reminisce. Pics: Brian Simpson and Brian Stott.
