DETAILED plans to build four new homes on land behind 48 Eshton Road, Gargrave, have been lodged with Craven District Council.
The scheme involves the demolition of existing buildings on the site and the provision of parking, associated works and ‘green infrastructure’.
Other applications lodged with the council are: Proposed new build dwelling and garage at Garden Close, Glusburn; single storey front and rear extension with additional bedroom and bathroom above single storey side extension with second floor above at 22 West Lane, Embsay; external alterations to provide level access into building at 5 Royd Close, Cross Hills; installation of steps and level platform to house at 10 Thornton Close, Skipton.
