A MAN has died after an incident at Stocks Reservoir, near Slaidburn.
Emergency services were called to the reservoir on the evening of Wednesday, October 13, where a man was believed to have entered the water and had died.
A spokesman for Lancashire Constabulary said it was a non-suspicious death. The man was in his 70s from the Clitheroe area.
A spokesman from Lancasshire Ambulance Service said they responded to a 999 call at 5.26pm and said a hazardous area response team, helimed crew, advanced paramedic, ambulance and operational commander to the scene.
Sadly they did not transport anyone to hospital
Details are expected to be passed to the Lancashire coroner within the next few days.
